Property management with NichePM is different:

• I only accept high quality properties with high quality tenants.

• I make sure that tenants feel loved and cared for.  I do not make a deal out of small issues.  I do not seek to hold back tenants' bond without a good reason.  Happy tenants look after property better and are more likely to stay longer.  

• I charge 5% fee with no additional charges to the property owner (I pass all disbursements at cost with no mark-up).

• I do not charge GST for at least the next 12 months.

• I look after your property the same way I look after dozens of my own properties. 

• I have tools and carry out simple repairs by myself at no cost to you.

• I have a team of maintenance service providers that I use for my properties.  If I think they do a good job and provide good value for money for my properties - you can have confidence that they will provide the same value for you.

• I do not have employees.  I look after all properties by myself, personally, and I will not grow my portfolio beyond what I can handle personally.
